Two thirds of these projects were created within a team setting during my UX/UI education at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.

 

I was never very good at communicating prior to this experience.  I can say wholeheartedly that these projects opened my eyes to the incredible feeling which is working with other passionate like-minded people. It completely changed my perspective on the concept of team work and what it truly means to be a part of something and to build something special. 

These experiences gave me the tools to become the leader that I am today and have afforded me the opportunity to build a Creative Department from the ground up for a dynamic performance marketing firm based in the US. Acting as Creative Director for the last 2.5 years has been an amazing learning experience.

I didn't realize I was capable of rising up and inspiring others. Working on these team projects showed me the value of collaboration and the importance of structure, communication,  leadership, organization and other key elements that are critical for success and growth.
